Observed the juice dispenser to be loaded with juice bottles that have manufacturer best by dates in 2025. Observed the juice dispenser to have accumulation of sticky residue inside near bottle storage and outside on catch-grate. Observed the countertop to be in same condition as previous inspection with large crack in joint. Observed physical debris and what appeared to be sugar on the bottom of the cabinet beneath the juice dispenser. Observed dried sticky residue in a straw caddy. Observed debris in the microwave and bottom of the reach in cooler. CA: food service area must be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized as often as necessary to prevent accumulations of debris and avoid pest attraction
