Observed a missing handwashing sign at the only hand sink in the kitchen area, 1-6-1.07(3)(d) - Handwashing Signage (C) (d) Handwashing Signage. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. The manager will replace the handwashing sign.

Observed a ice scoop being stored on top of the ice machine with the food end not protected against contamination, )Storage of In-Use Utensils. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored In a clean, protected location if the utensils, such as ice scoops, are used only with a food that is not time/temperature control for safety food. The manager will have the ice scoop stored correctley between usages. corrected 8/4/23
