Observed current menu item burger not identified with an asterisk (*) to remind or disclose to the consumer that it can be cooked raw, medium rare, or undercooked person in charge was informed that the menu shall be emailed to the health authority before final print.

Observed salmon stored on the draining board of the vegetable sink. Ensure vegetables sink is only used for vegetables and fruit.

Observed an indirect drain not in good repair- overflow of water at the hand-washing sink, which caused water to stagnant water with a smell.
