Observed black slime mold-like substance on the drip plate of the ice machine. CA: Cleaned and sanitized ice frequently to ensure mold-like substance growth and accumulation 10/22/2025

Observed a container of lettuce stored in the 2-door reaching not covered. CA: Unless actively cooling. All food shall be stored covered to prevent contamination. Lids were added to food containers.

Observed white powder in the working container; three buckets of flour and panko were not labeled in the bar and main kitchen area. Ensure the bulk of food and working containers are labeled if removed from the original container.
