Observed a chemical bottle stored on a shelf next to the prep table. Ensure chemicals are stored in a proper area/designated area; not above, around food, utensils, single service items, equipment, or clean linens. COS Chemical was removed.

Observed dented cans stored on the shelf next to undamaged cans. Ensure dented cans are segregated from food, utensils, single-service items, equipment, and clean linens. COS: dented cans were removed and relocated to a separate area.

Observed wall, floor in the dishwashing area with heavy build up and black stain> Ensure all floor, ceiling, and walls are cleaned frequently to prevent build up.

Observed Pelling/ rusty shelves rack inside the prep bottom cooler- must be replaced.
