Observed facility lacking verifiable employee health policies informing employees of their responsibility to report. Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. Priority Foundation Item must be corrected within 10 calendar days after the inspection.

Observed front food service and main kitchen handwashing sink lacking hand drying provisions. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

1. Individual, disposable towels;
2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel;
3. A heated-air hand drying device; or
4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Person in charge place individual disposable towels at each handwashing sink.
