Cold Holding unit was holding a temperature of 41 degrees and below. Hot holding will be conducted by using the Chick-fil-a hot holding bags. All items on the unit will be packaged at the base, no cooking or prepping will occur on the unit. Waste water hose was identified and dumping of waste is being performed correctly. Fresh water hose was identified and potable drinking water is being used. Hand sink reached a temperature of 100 degrees. Vomit kit was on unit.
