Routine
Note: a measuring cup can be used to scoop foods as long as the handle of the stick is not stored down in side the food. After scooping place the measuring stick in an employee clean food grade container or in a food grade container with hot water at least 135 degrees F. The equipment will be required to be properly washed and sanitized every 4 hours. Note: ensure pest control service receipts and documents are on file and accessible upon request at all times.
