An unscored informal will be conducted on or before August 22nd, 2025 to ensure that a food safety manager certificate has been posted that is not posted at another food service establishment and to ensure that the employee health agreements forms have been signed or documentation has been provided that employees have been made aware of what illnesses and symptoms to report to the Person in Charge. All cold held items are in compliance expect for those listed on the temperature chart. No hot holding was observed at this time. Food in freezer frozen solid. The permit for the facility is suspended until the walk in cooler is repaired due to inadequate refrigeration. Once the walk in cooler has been repaired and is holding a temperature of 41 degrees or below, please call the Newton County Environmental Health Department so that an inspector may come out to the facility to lift the suspension.
