Front right side steam well unit not holding sausage biscuits & cheese sandwiches at 135 deg F or higher. Left warmer cabinet not holding sausage at 135 deg F or higher. Units were turned on too late. Sausage biscuits & cheese sandwiches stacked too high. Turn on units first thing in the morning to allow them to heat to proper temp prior to use. Lidding biscuits & sandwiches may help hold items w/bread at propert temp. Items to be consumed or discarded within 4 hr time frame.
