Observed nested (glass in glass) cups on back bar. DO not nest glassware. Use bar netting, trays or shelving to separate. COS.

Observed raw wood(underside front counter/bar and braces). Paint/seal wood. Also complete sealing/caulking on items noted 6/18/25, including coving by counters, tiles and coving by display case. Complete by 11/7/25

Clean walls at mop sink by 10/7/25. Also clean ceiling vents.
