Observed sliced iceberg lettuce without without a 7day discard date. CA: All time/temperature control for safety(TCS) foods must be marked with a seven day discard date, if held for cold holding more than 24 hours. COS: Lettuce container labeled with correct discard date.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Observed sanitizer spray stored with single service straws and single service napkins(spray head facing straws and napkins). CA: All chemicals must be stored with appropriate spacing or below food, utensils, single service items, and/or clean linens. COS: Sanitizer spray bottle moved to appropriate location.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed Styrofoam to go containers and cardboard pizza boxes stored on the floor. COS: containers and boxes moved off he floor.
