Observed temp control for safety (TCS) food items (teriyaki sauce, grenadine syrup) at room temp but labeled refrigerate after opening. Open TCS items disposed.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Observed accumulations of grease, oils, and/or debris along base, in corners, on floor of keg WIC and under equipment. Observed splash, dust and/or debris on walls, ceiling and ceiling vents. Observed debris accumulating on WIC fan grills. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Paint ceiling vents as needed.
