Chemical spray bottles observed hanging on food/equipment shelf at drive-thru. CA: Chemicals shall stored in a designated location away from food/equipment/utensils/linens/single-use items. COS - spray bottles relocated away from food shelf.

Food worker observed wearing watch and ring with stone while working. Nothing more than a plain ring band allowed on hands/wrists of food workers. COS - items removed.

Observed ice scoop stored in ice machine with handle in contact with ice. COS - scoop hung on hanging hook.
