Observed mold-like build up on and around the ice maker in the front service area ice machine. CA: Person in charge (PIC) to ensure all food contact surfaces (FCSs)are properly cleaned and sanitized to prevent accumulation of debris and growth of mold. PIC to have ice machine cleaned as soon as possible.
