Observed tea nozzles in front food service area with debris buildup. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
Update: Site visit made and tea nozzles were detailed clean to sight and touch.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed employee wearing watch while preparing food in main kitchen. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC removed watch.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(d) - handwashing signage (c)
Did not observe employee handwashing signs in bathrooms in facility. CA: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.
Update: Site visit made and new handwashing signs were replaced in bathroom.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed multiple plastic containers stacked wet in clean dish area racks. CA: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils should be air-dried. COS: PIC rewashed and restacked dishes properly to allow air drying.
