Observed sanitizer bucket stored on dry ingredient shelf above RTE sauces and canned food items in main kitchen area. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. COS: PIC moved sanitizer to lowest shelf away from food items.
