Items not dated in prep top cooler (mashed potatoes), items not dated at reach in cooler near bakery prep area (cakes, handmade sauces). Items were either voluntarily discarded or dated if prep date was known.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

All generic spray bottles need to be labeled with the common name of the product inside. Bottle of degreaser and bleach not labeled, PIC corrected issue.
