Observed cheese and bacon held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit in reach-in-cooler. COS- food was thrown away C/A: Do not prop door open. Monitor temperatures, so that food is held 41 degrees Fahrenheit in coolers.

Observed pink buildup in bulk ice machine. Observed black buildup in frozen drink spouts. Observed debris and buildup in coolers and microwave. Observed debris on fan sitting above clean dishes. C/A: Clean. Increase cleaning frequency.
