Observed paper towels and soap not stocked at handwashing sinks throughout bar area. C/A: Have handwashing sinks stocked with hot water, soap, and paper towels at all times.

Observed missing knob for hot water at handwashing sink in the middle of bar area. C/A: Fix knob ASAP.

Observed black buildup and residue in bulk ice machine. C/A: Clean thoroughly and increase cleaning.
