Observed cheese and homemade ranch (made with mayo and buttermilk) being cold held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit on ice bath and countertop. COS- food was put in fridge and on more ice

Observed employee's drink stored on prep surface. COS- bottled water was removed C/A: Store personal belongings in a designated away from food prep.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed dishes being stored after rinsing and drying with a dish towel bypassing the final sanitizing cycle. COS-dishes went through appropriate cycle C/A: To ensure food safety and protection from contamination, dishes must be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried prior to storing.
