Observed employee drinking from open cup in bar area. Corrected on-site. C/a: Employee placed drink in cup and added a lid and straw.

Observed several foods (diced potatoes, chicken, mushrooms) stored in WIC outside original packaging without labels. Observed sugar and salt stored in unlabeled containers at bar area. C/a: Label food stored outside of its original container/packaging.
