Observed moderate black buildup inside bulk ice machine, ice dispenser, corners of spill station, and drink nozzles in the front area. C/A: Clean. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.

Observed all food stored without a common name label in all reach-in-coolers. C/A: Label all food stored outside of its original container with a common name label.
11A - proper cooling methods used: adequate equipment for temperature control
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(e) - cooling methods (pf, c)
Observed cooked chicken wings and sausage sitting out at room temperature at 84 degrees Fahrenheit and 78 degrees Fahrenheit. COS- food was put in cooler C/A: Cooling starts at 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Use appropriate cooling methods.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used

Observed Red Bull and Ginger Ale drinks stored without a lid and straw on prep tables in the kitchen. C/A: Store personal belongings in a designated area. Employees' drinks must have a lid and straw.
