Repeat violations may result in permit suspension. Corrections of violations does not change the inspection score. PIC(Person in Charge) Note: Facility was provided a handout with approved finishes for their outer dry storage area. Areas that need to be corrected are the floors, walls and ceiling. Facility will need to use any of the approved finishes according to the handout provided by their next routine inspection. Violations will be marked accordingly.

4-1A: .04(4)(c)1(i)(ii)(iii)(v) (vi)(vii)(viii)Observed multiple pans of raw burgers stored over raw steaks in the walk-in cooler. Food shall be separated and protected. Corrective Actions: The Person in Charge(PIC) rearranged food accordingly.

4-1A: .04(4)(n)1Observed employee with gloved hands put on a grab bag on top of the gloved hands to handle raw burgers. Employee removed the plastic grab bag and touch buns and other equipment without removing gloved hands and washing hands first. Facility does not have a variance to use this technique. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: The PIC and employee were coached on the proper techniques of glove usage. Buns were discarded.
