Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were served during inspection. Gave the 2026 permit to PIC An informal is required within 10 calendar days or by 1/26/26. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. 2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed a large plastic pitcher stored in the hand sink located across the serving line. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The plastic pitcher was removed to an approved location.

13A: .02(1)(d)Observed the previous inspection report (1/9/25 score 92) was not posted into public view. The inspection report from 1/16/26 score 97 was posted instead. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
