TCS temperatures in compliance unless noted in temperature log. Food in freezer is frozen solid. Time control is used. Thick yellow gloves cannot be washed in the hand sink. 6-1A: .04(6)(f)Observed cartons of milk in two coolers and string cheese in pass thru cooler with an internal temperature above 41F. Food was not on time control during time of inspection. Multiple cartons of milk were tested to confirm holding temperature. The person in charge also confirmed milk temperature with her own thermometers. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: Milk and cheese was moved to the walk in cooler to cool down.
