When looking for the key drop agreement form, the store GM stated that the company doesn't have drivers to do key drop deliveries and another manager is present. Discussed with GM and PIC about keeping walk-in-cooler door closed at all times and to keep foods uncovered during cooling. A Follow-up is required by 12/2/24.
