Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. Hot-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless note in the temperature log. Ensure personal drinks are stored properly. Violation will be marked accordingly on next inspection. Ensure employees are not handling foods with without a hair restraint. Hair shall not fall in employees face while handling food. Violation will be marked on next routine inspection. Coached PIC on hand washing. Informal required on 3/20/26 Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension. 6-1A: .04(6)(f)Observed cooked noodles, cooked penne noodles, and vegetable soup cold holding above 41F in the prep cooler reach-in-drawer located across the 3 compartment sink. Prep cooler held located across the 3 compartment sink held ambient air of 63.9F. Observed diced tomatoes cold holding above 41F in the prep cooler located by the reach-in-coolers. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) discarded the foods in reach-in-drawer.PIC removed the diced tomatoes to the walk-in-cooler.

- Separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning; (P) and
- Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC labled the chemcial squeeze bottles.

Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC labled all of the squeeze bottles.

Food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food (except for a plain ring such as a wedding band).
