Observed prep cooler food temperatures ranging from 45-55F, discontinue use of unit until repaired or replaced.
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed

Observed gray water being dumped out onto the ground at rear exit.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used

Observed raw wood at hot bar display, need to seal raw wood, and cover OSB with a smooth product, cover corners of metal, sharp/trim.

Observed dust/mildew on fan unit and ceiling in walk in cooler. Food debris on wall at/near dough storage, clean dough storage units, debris buildup.
