Observed reach in cooler with ambient air temp at 45F and internal food temps at 48F. Discontinue use of unit until repaired or replaced.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed salt bulk lid broken, discard and replace.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(b) - outdoor storage surface, constructed of nonabsorbent material & sloped to drain (c)
Observed oil container outside of building on the ground, need to install a concrete pad for site.
