Observed toxic materials(insecticide) on the rack in the main kitchen . CA: Toxic materials shall be stored so that they cannot contaminate equipment, utensils, linens and single-use articles. COS: Insecticide was removed.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed in-use spoons placed directly on the table in front of the steam table. Ice cream spoon at the front service was observed sitting in green bucket of water at 75 degree Fahrenheit. CA: During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored:
- In running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain if used with moist food such as ice-cream. 2.In a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135 deg. Fahrenheit
- On a clean portion of food preparation table or cooking equipment only if the in-use utensil and the food-contact surface of the preparation table or cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized at a frequency specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-05(7)(b) and (8)(a) COS: In-use utensils was removed and sent to dishwashing.

Observed mopping stick sitting in bucket of water in the kitchen. CA: After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry. COS: Water was discarded from the bucket and mop stick placed in a position that allows it to air-dry
