Observed paper towels missing from both handwashing stations and the sink in the employee bathroom. CA All handwashing stations must have paper towels before opening

Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
During the opening inspection, there was no procedures or kit onsite for an vomit/diarrheal incident. CA The facility will need to obtain a kit with written procedures before the facility opens
11D - thermometers provided and accurate

Observed thermometers missing from the inside of the prep top cooler and the walk-in cooler. CA Both units are required to have thermometers inside each unit
