No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees. The most current inspection report is not prominently displayed in public view, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor or in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: PIC had a handwash poster posted at the handwash sink. The PIC posted the newest Inspection report on the mobile unit ordering window.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed ice scoop with handle in contact with ice. CA: All scoops must be stored with the handle above the food/ice while being stored in the food. COS: PIC had the scoop placed in the ice with the handle upwards.
