Observed employee drinking from an open beverage container in a food preparation or other restricted area. CA: All employees must consume food and beverage in an approve designated area and from a beverage cup with a lid and straw. CO: All items were corrected on site
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Observed dried food debris accumulation on spice shelves above the prep tables and microwave, also dried accumulation inside the steam wells on both baine marie units. CA: Nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of accumulation of dust, food or other debris. COS: Item was cleaned during inspection.
