4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Sticky label residue on metal pans that are stacked clean. Advised PIC to remove and re-wash, rinse and sanitize. Make sure all labels are removed prior to washing. Equipment food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Employee preparing food wearing watch. Advised PIC to remove. Employees preparing/handling food shall not wear any jewelry on their arms or hands except for a plain wedding band.
