Observed multiple pans of Pimento Cheese in both the walk-in cooler and the Prep-cooler with prep date of 05/22/2026 & 05/18/2026. CA: PIC instructed to discard potentially hazardous foods after 6 days from Prep(7days total)COS:PIC discarded pans.
