Observed heavy food splatter accumulated on ceilings of all 3 microwaves/mini oven warmers. Ensure food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at a rate to prevent buildup.

Observed boxes of food items stored under leak in WIF with deposits of ice/water on boxes. Ensure no food items are stored under leak until repaired as this could be a potential contamination risk.
