Observed front hand sink with no hot water available. Sink must be equipped to provide water at a temperature of 80F (per most recent code update) for hand washing. Repair or replace sink to ensure hot water is available for hand washing.

Observed several uncovered food items (i.e., prepped meats and vegetables) stored in walk in cooler. All food items must be stored covered to protect against contamination.
