Owner states pans was refilled with out washing and changing the date. A correct sticker was added. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the can opener blade had dried food debris on it. This was moved to dish. **corrective action taken." ALSO, the soda gun had buildup on the spray head and nozzle.
