Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish washer machine was reading 0ppm. Sanitation bucket was empty. Inspector ask operator to switch out the empty with full one. Operator did and prime it and now reading 50ppm Corrected On-Site
