High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed server handle dirty dishes and then, without washing their hands began handling clean utensils to roll up silverware. Operator had the server wash their hands properly. Corrected On-Site
