High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in flip top cooler sliced white American cheese (41-45F - Cold Holding) stored in over stacked container. Per operator held out of temperature less than 2 hours. Operator removed over stacked cheese and placed in walk-in cooler to chill. Observed at front counter sliced tomatoes (41-55F - Cold Holding) in over stacked container per operator held out of temperature less than two hours. Operator placed pan in walk-in cooler to quickly chill. Corrective Action Taken
