High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In cook line fliptop upper, cut lettuce (45F - Cold Holding). Per manager not prepared or portioned today and in unit from walk in approximately 1 hour. Container not adequately placed to maintain in cold air. Manager removed container to walk in to rechill and replaced with new container properly placed in unit. Corrective Action Taken
