High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the prep table, milk (60 - Cold Holding). The milk was out under no form of temperature control. Per the employee the milk was out due to multiple coffee orders and had been out for approximately 15 minutes. Milk returned to the reach-in cooler to quick chill. Corrective Action Taken
