Per the manager the items were placed in the cooler for 2 hours. Manager moved items to lower portion of cooler to quick chill. Retested after 45 minutes at 43°F. Corrected on Site. 2. Observed Breakfast grill; shell eggs (60°F - Cold Holding). Observed the eggs in 3 flats in a cold holding unit. Manager moved eggs to smaller container and added ice to quick chill.
