High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed at 3:30 p.m. cut tomatoes cold held in walk in cooler at 47F. As per operator, tomatoes cut at 9:00 a.m. and place at front counter cooler. After 4 hours he transfer tomatoes to walk in cooler . Cut tomatoes did not cooled to 41F in 4 hours. Warning
