Both items transfered from Walk In Cooler to front counter cooler at 2:00pm Operator advised to do time in lieu of temperature Repeat Violation

Per operator, both items transfer to unit 3 hours prior to the inspection. Items stocked above chill rim. Advised operator to used Time as a Public health control.
