Observed in flip top cooler fresh mozzarella (52F - Cold Holding); cooked chicken (53F - Cold Holding) stored on top of other containers. Per operator removed from reach in and placed in flip top unit held out of temperature less than 1.5 hours. Operator placed items in lower flip top to chill. Corrective Action Taken
