High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed TCS cheese cold held at 44F in flip top cooler. Per operator, cheese transfer to unit 1 hour before the inspection. Operator transfer to walk in cooler for quick chill. -Observed cooked beans cold held in walk in cooler at 44F. Per operator, bean removed back to walk in cooler 1 hour prior to the inspection. Operator placed bean on ice bath for quick chill. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
