Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed handle of scoop directly touching cinnamon sugar on condiment shelf in kitchen area

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) operator set up the triple sink sanitizer quaternary 200ppm and contacted technician for repair. Corrective Action Taken
